Beers & Blooms is an annual festival event at Bellingrath Gardens and Home. It is a fun day filled with live music and craft beer sampling for our guests. We invite vendors and food trucks to set up in the Gardens for the duration of the event. Volunteers help vendors get set up/break down, handing out sample mugs to those with sampling tickets, collect trash during the event and replace the bags as needed, and also run ice for the beer vendors. Select Volunteers may be asked to help pour beer samples if needed. Those volunteers will be required to show ID to Event Manager prior to the start of the event. At the conclusion of the event, volunteers will help to break down tables, chairs, or tents and assist in loading them on trailers to be taken to storage. They will also help load trash to trailers that will be taken to the dumpsters. Times and available hours will vary for volunteer positions based on the day.
