Starting on January 1, 2026:
All hours that are submitted to South Serves as Individual Hours MUST do the following:
- Users need to submit either the Hours Verification form or a letter from the non-profit organization stating the volunteer information, including a submission of volunteer hours.
- The Hours Verification form should be emailed to: communityengagement@southalabama.edu
- Individual hours will not be processed or considered without this documentation.
