We are looking for 10-12+ volunteers to work at the Christmas Store, Thursday, December 14th. The Christmas store is a place where residents can buy Christmas gifts for family and friends.
The Little Sisters of the Poor is a home for the elderly poor located in midtown Mobile. We are a non-profit and rely on generous volunteers to help accomplish our mission of loving service to the aging. We appreciate your help!
*Orientation:
All new volunteers need to schedule a 30-minute orientation and tour of the Home with the Volunteer Coordinator before or on the day of their first service.
*Dress code:
YES: Pants, closed-toed shoes, sleeved and full-length shirts, knee-length skirts, or dresses are all acceptable.
NO: Please do not wear shorts, tank tops, cropped shirts, very tight clothing, or very baggy clothing.
Volunteers must be 18 or older or accompanied by a chaperone.
