Little Sisters of the Poor

Little Sisters of the Poor Sacred Heart Residence is a Catholic home for the aging with a specific focus on service to the elderly poor.

Located in Mobile, Alabama, we provide Residents of all races and creeds a loving home and care for them with dignity and respect.

The volunteers who donate their time and talents to us are a tremendous blessing to our Little Sisters, Residents, and staff.

We are truly appreciative of the support volunteers provide for our mission – loving service to the elderly poor.

Little Sisters of the Poor volunteers help provide our Residents with the extra attention that makes all the difference in their lives.

They also provide invaluable support in many areas of our homes, both in direct contact with the elderly and through indirect services in various departments.

Although they render much service, through their contact with the elderly volunteers receive much more than they give.
