Veteran/Active Duty Volunteers Needed! DAPHNE AL LOCATION

Our veteran patients that are currently on Hospice enjoy the camaraderie and the bond that only those with military histories share and pay tribute to others who have served our county. Here at Springhill Hospice we like to honor our veterans year round. These volunteers may provide social visits and share memories together and provide a listening ear to someone who understands. These volunteers may also document veterans military stories through the veterans history project. We also do a pinning ceremony for our veterans closer to Veterans Day and we like our veteran volunteers to take part in these ceremonies as well.
