Tasks: Set up book fair (detailed below)
Details:
- position tables (these have wheels)
- place tablecloths on tables
- place signs outside
- unpack boxes of books
- display books
- organize bargain books by price
- pull and organize puzzle, sticker, game and activity books on tables
- label trinkets with prices
- move chairs (made of light plastic)
- assemble and set up cardboard book displays
- staple flyers together
- count out class sets of flyers
- open bags for ease of use
Additional Information:
- Volunteers are not required to remain the entire time
- Wear comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing
- We will use the South Serves kiosk to check-in/out and tally hours
- Please bring your state issued ID or license to check-in
