The JAWS (Jazz Art Writers South) Festival and USA Libraries are seeking volunteers to support the JAWS Festival opening reception, featuring the Excelsior Band, on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Volunteers are welcome to enjoy the concert when not helping with the event.
Volunteers are needed to:
- Welcome guests to the event
- Usher guests to the auditorium
- Assist with food table setup
- Assist with event spacing & setup
- Direct guests to the Rodning Gallery
- Assist with event teardown
- Assist with resetting the Gallery space to its normal setup
