Friday, May 3,2024 | Pre-Event Set Up | 11:30AM- 3:00PM
Includes tasks such as: Unloading U-Haul, Setting Up Sponsor Tent areas, Kids Zone area, Hydration Station areas, Signage on the Festival Grounds, Signage along the Walk Route, Inflatable Arch Set Up, and Balloon Decor
** We will be providing drinks and lunch for all Friday volunteers.
Saturday, May 4, 2023 | Event Day | 6:00AM-11:00AM
Includes tasks such as:
Completing any unfinished set up from Friday: Wiping down and setting up tables at sponsor tents, volunteer check in, distributing water to hydration stations along route, and last-minute decor details.
Assisting during the event: Assisting with "Warm Up" activity prior to walk, assisting at sponsor tents, giving out fruit and working hydration stations.
Assisting with breakdown of event: Packing items from tents back in designated bins, breaking down tables, picking up signage around the festival grounds, picking up signage along the route, breaking down Hydration Stations along the route. Loading items back into U-Haul.
