We need at least 10 volunteers to help with our fundraiser, 2023 Ozanam's Jazz Extravaganza, the day of the event. Help is needed in 4 hour increments as there are different duties that need to be performed throughout the day. Morning shift - 7am-11am - starting at the pharmacy, packing items/loading the truck to take items to the event venue, unpacking and setting up items, decorating, arranging tables and chairs. During the event - 5pm-9pm - greeting guests, helping with the silent auction, raffle, wine pull, relieving other workers, getting drinks/food for musicians/disabled guests. After the event - 9pm-12midnight - breaking down and repacking the truck, arranging tables and chairs, taking items back to the pharmacy.
We are asking the volunteers to dress business casual to dressy, depending on what you're volunteering for. Volunteers should be 21 years old and up as there will be alcoholic beverages served at the event.
