STEM MOBILE needs 60 volunteers to help kids participating in STEM Saturday to BUILD AND TEST YOUR OWN WIND TURBINE. Students from health sciences and engineering fields may be particularly interested in this opportunity, although all are welcome. Volunteers will also help with registration, crowd management, and refreshments.
College student volunteers will be given a $50 prepaid Visa gift card for their time and assistance on Saturday, May 20th, from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Please note that University of South Alabama students wishing to have their time count toward volunteer service hours should opt out of receiving the prepaid gift card.
