Hospitality Volunteers for Brighton Beach Memoirs
Sunday, March 19 show starts at 2:00 pm
Arrive 1 hour prior to show time. Make coffee and set-up coffee station on counter in lobby. Put water bottles in ice bucket for patrons to self-serve. Once show starts, you may find an empty seat and watch the show. Approximately 5-10 minutes prior to intermission, put ice in cups and pour beverages for guests to pick up during the break (champagne service only for those over 21). Beverages are complimentary (tip jar is on counter). After intermission, clean up any trash and place ice, beverages not consumed back into refrigerators. Turn tip money into house manager. You can stay for 2nd half of show, or you can leave.
