The Mobile International Festival is looking for volunteers to assist Festival members at their cultural and food booths this year from November 16th-19th. This involves serving food, stamping passports, talking to students, and supporting the Festival in other ways as needed.
Sign-ups shifts are divided by day. We need volunteers for all four days, but especially Wednesday the 16th through Friday the 18th. If you would like to volunteer multiple days, please sign up for each day individually. Volunteers are encouraged to stay as long as possible on the days they sign up for, but working the full event day is not necessarily required.
Volunteers will receive either $5.00 or 10 food tokens each day they volunteer to be used at the Festival's food booths during the volunteer's lunch break.
The Festival takes place at the Grounds, 1035 Cody Road North, Mobile, Alabama, 36608. For parking, volunteers should look to their left as they enter the parking lot; the right side is reserved for buses. Parking on the grass area is allowed. Enter through the front door and there will be a volunteer sign-in desk.
