The J.A.W.S. (Jazz Art Writers South) Festival at USA Libraries is seeking volunteers to support the J.A.W.S. closing ceremony and artist reception on Thursday, June 16, from 2:30-5:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed for the following:

Welcome guests to the event

Usher guests to the auditorium
-
Assist Paula Webb with food table setup

Assist Paula Webb with event spacing & setup
- Direct guests to the elevators and the meeting/event spaces
- Assist with event teardown
-
Assist with resetting the Gallery space to its normal setup
