The Mobile Symphony Orchestra is in need of volunteers for our upcoming concert, Bella Musica, on Saturday, November 13.
- Volunteers can be assigned to a variety of positions:Ticket Scanning: Ticket scanners are posted at the entrance of the Saenger Theatre and scan patrons' tickets upon entrance.
- Program Attendants: Program attendants are responsible for handing out season program books to patrons as they enter the theater.
- Will-Call Attendant: A person who works Will Call is responsible for distributing tickets to patrons. Must be courteous and a quick thinker.
Saturday concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Saenger Theatre (6 S Joachim Street). The doors open at 6:30 p.m, and we ask volunteers to arrive by 6 p.m. Attire is all black. After the initial rush has passed, all volunteers will be given a ticket to watch the performance if they wish to do so. At intermission on Saturdays, a snack will be provided. Volunteer hours based on chosen position, but can range from 2-3.5.
