Students interested in helping new and returning USA students move into their residential halls should respond to the need and use the link below to submit the necessary contact information.
Students can sign up to help on Friday, August 14th and/or Saturday, August 15th. Shifts are in two-hour increments: 8:00 am-10:00 am, 10:00 am-12:00 pm, 12:00 pm-2:00 pm, 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. Students can sign up for more than one shift and multiple days. Move-in Day 2026 Sign Up
Volunteers are asked to wear Jag gear or a club/organization t-shirt if they're representing a group. Please do not wear attire from another college/university. Volunteers will be placed with other members of their group when that information is provided.
Water and light snacks will be provided; however, participants are encouraged to:
- Bring a refillable water bottle
- Bring snacks
- Bring a rain jacket
- Wear sunscreen
- Bring a hat
