Come volunteer to help us put on the South for St. Jude Yard Sale at the Intramural Fields!
Shift Details:
Spray Paint Layout Team - Friday, April 24th starting at 1PM
- Mark vendor spaces on IM Fields
- Ensure spacing and layout aligns with event map
- Assist with any light field prep as needed
Setup Team - Saturday, April 25th from 7AM to 8AM
- Set up check-in tables, signage, and vendor areas
- Assist vendors with unloading and locating assigned spaces
Check-In Team - Saturday, April 25th from 8AM to 10AM
- Check in registered vendors
- Direct participants to assigned spaces
- Answer general questions
Concessions Team - Saturday, April 25th from 8AM to 10AM and 10AM to 12PM
- Assist with food/snack distribution or vendor coordination
- Handle basic transactions if needed
Floaters - Saturday, April 25th from 8AM to 10AM and 10AM to 12PM
- Provide general support across event areas
- Fill in where needed (breaks, high traffic, etc.)
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization
Breakdown Team - Saturday, April 25th from 12PM to 1PM
- Take down tables, signage, and event materials
- Ensure the IM Fields are cleaned and free of trash/debris
- Return supplies to designated storage locations
