Assist with the setup and breakdown of the Trailblazer Luncheon, hosted by the Office of Community Engagement. All volunteers are welcome to stay for lunch beginning at 12:00pm.
Morning Shift Duties (8:30am to 11:30am)
- Set up tablecloths on all tables
- Place table numbers
- Set up and place centerpieces
- Place covers on chairs
Afternoon Shift Duties (1:30pm to 3:30pm)
- Disassemble centerpieces
- Remove chair covers
- Ensure ballroom is free of trash
- Remove tablecloths
- Assist with transport of decorations to other campus location
