Recruiting volunteers to become IRS-certified tax preparers for one day per week in multiple tax sites set up in Baldwin and Escambia counties.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Training is provided and starts in October/November 2022.
Tax season runs from January/February through April 15th. Must be 21, like to work with the senior population, have a positive outlook with a pleasant demeanor.
We PREFER that you commit to a schedule/number of days you are available to prepare taxes. You are not required to do the FULL tax season if you are not able, but we ask after you are certified, that you volunteer for a minimum of six (6) weeks of tax prep.
