As part of the 2020 MLK Week of Unity and Service, a Community Connect Event will be held on the USA campus and will focus on increasing understanding of Dr. King’s idea of the Beloved Community, a global vision in which all people can share in the wealth of the earth.
When: Friday, January 17, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: USA Student Center Ballroom
What: A student-led community conversation will focus on how we can come together and achieve Dr. King’s vision of a Beloved Community. Networking and refreshments to follow discussions.
Who: All students, staff, and faculty are invited to join members of the community for this student-led roundtable discussion.
