MOVING DAY, A WALK FOR PARKINSON’S
Moving Day, A Walk for Parkinson’s, is more than just a walk. It is a fun and inspiring event that raises awareness and funds while uniting families, friends and communities in the fight against Parkinson’s disease. Each event features our unique Movement Pavilion, with yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, dance and other activities proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms.

IMPACT
Funds raised through Moving Day support the Parkinson’s Foundation national mission by delivering expert care to more than 100,000 people living with Parkinson’s; funding cutting-edge research aimed at better treatment and care; and providing free resources for people living with Parkinson’s and their families.

PARKINSON’S FOUNDATION
Affecting an estimated one million Americans and 10 million worldwide, Parkinson’s disease is the secondmost common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer’s and is the 14th-leading cause of death in the United States. The Parkinson’s Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinson’s disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. In everything we do, we build on the energy, experience and passion of our global Parkinson’s community.
