What We Do

COASTAL ALABAMA PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Red Shield Shelter - Available to men who are seeking short and medium-term shelter. The men receive two meals a day, showers, laundry, and the opportunity to receive social, emotional and spiritual guidance.

Rehabilitation Programs

Dauphin Way Lodge - A state certified Substance Use Treatment program providing residential care. Clients have access to a variety of multi-level treatment interventions addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of each client.

The Family Haven - Provides emergency housing for families who are without a home. Families stay an average of three months and are provided food, shelter, basic material needs, and a safe place for families in crisis to begin to heal.

Pathway of Hope - Provides services to families striving to break free of intergenerational poverty. We work with families wanting to better their situation. As families achieve increasing stability, their degree of hope about their futures also increases serving as motivation along their journey to self-sufficiency.

Our Families in Need– A Financial Assistance Program that provides emergency financial relief to families in need. These funds help with medication, medical co-pays, clothing, furniture, and transportation.

Seasonal Programs

Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner- Traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are served to hungry individuals each year.

Angel Tree Program- To help make the holidays brighter for the less-fortunate each Christmas season.

Disaster Response Services - Providing immediate relief for victims and emergency personnel during natural or man-made disasters.
