JagPantry is reaching out for help with our Schools of the Sun Belt Conference 2024 Food Fight fundraising event! We need students to help us reach out goal becoming the Sun Belt Conference's student pantry with the most donations. Volunteers will stand-by one of our donation bins at the following athletic games:
- Friday (2/16/24) Baseball @ 6:30 pm - Stanky Field
- Saturday (2/17/24) Women's Basketball @ 1 pm - The Mitchell Center
- Saturday (2/17/24) Baseball @ 6:30 pm Stanky Field
- Saturday (2/17/24) Softball @ 7 pm - Jaguar Field
We ask that you make sure donations are placed in our donation bins as well as hand out flyers to spectators at the events.
Please make sure stop by OneStop (Meisler Hall 390 Student Center Circle, Suite 2130 Mobile, AL 36688) prior to the beginning of your shift time to pick up flyers. Volunteers must arrive 1 hour prior to the start of the athletic event!
More information about how hours will be confirmed for this event will be sent to your jagmail prior to the beginning of your selected shift.
Donor to Diner is a student organization that oversees the Food Pantry on campus at the Academic Services Center. Volunteers sort donations, separate items based on expiration date, and organize items into categories like: protein, vegetables & fruits, soup, and miscellaneous.
Shifts are available and are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis. You can sign up for any shift that fits your schedule by responding to this need, as long as there is an available spot open.
