Move-In Day is Saturday, August 17th and all students and student organizations/teams are invited to join in making the day an enjoyable experience for students and parents. Move In Day is a great opportunity to meet the incoming students, promote your organization, and obtain service hours.
3-hours Shifts - Early shift is 8 to 11am, Later shift is 10am to 1pm.
Individuals: To volunteer, please click this link & complete form for placement help, then RESPOND, then remember to track your hours after Move In Day. (Note: Due to system updates, you will select your User Group when you add your hours instead of when you respond. You can list your group/organization on "Notes" when you respond or on the form for scheduling help.)
Registering as a Team: Groups/Orgs can have a philanthropy/service chair create a "Team" specifically for this Need on South Serves. The person who sets up the team can manage it. Adding members who are South Serves Users to your team is very helpful for planning rather than just guessing the number of people.
