The USA MLK 2019 Committee is sponsoring a Volunteer Opportunity where Blue Roof Libraries can be painted and finished to become part of the Boys & Girls Club of South Alabama's Blue Roof Library Trail of little libraries around the county making free books available to kids where they live, learn, and play 24 hours a day. (See Examples Below)
When: Thursday, January 17th
Time: Between 9am and 3pm
Where: Student Center Amphitheater
What: Drop by and spend an hour or two or more with us as the little libraries are constructed and decorated. (Track the # of hours you volunteer)
What Else: Sponsorships are available until Jan. 10th. The cost is $100. All materials for decorating will be provided.
