The Honors College announces a new tutoring partnership with Mobile's own Chastang-Fournier K-8 school. The Honors College and the Office of Community Engagement, invite all South students, faculty, and staff to come and learn about tutoring opportunities directly from teachers and the Principal, and to meet other likely tutors.
All tutoring interest welcome, but this tutoring, at least to start, will focus on tutoring during usual school hours with young children learning basic reading skills. This event is hosted by the Honors College and the Office of Community Engagement.
Food and Fun will be provided!
(Orientation is REQUIRED prior to tutoring at Chastang-Fournier K-8 School.)
