Mobile Museum of Art has partnered with AIDS Alabama South for the 3rd annual Night of the Dead Artists. Join us for the Halloween art history event for the whole family! Performers from a number of community theaters will be joining us as deceased artists come to haunt their own works in the galleries. Fun also includes a gallery scavenger hunt, live music, face painting, and tarot card readings. Come in costume with the whole family and take a spooky trip through time and into art history. Prizes will be drawn for a grand prize in the category of best costume and scavenger hunt winner, followed by the monster mash in the lobby.
Volunteers are needed at the check-in desk, donation bar (must be 21), in the galleries to help with the scavenger hunt, and in a range of art activities. Wear comfortable shoes and come in costume (optional)!
