Measurement and Evaluation Team

At Phillip Cares, Inc., we believe that to make a real impact, we must carefully track and measure our progress. The PC Essentials program has clear goals, and we need to ensure that we are meeting those goals effectively. This requires us to collect data, evaluate our performance, and make adjustments where needed. Our goal is to learn from our results and ensure we are helping pet owners in the most meaningful way possible. With all of this in mind, we’ve developed a simple but thorough plan to track our program deliverables. We are looking for volunteers to join our Measurement and Evaluation Team to help us with regularly reviewing the data we collect, we will know whether we are meeting our objectives, and we’ll have a better understanding of how we can improve the program for the future. To volunteer please contact Dea.
