Pretend to be a Customer

On Saturday, May 16, United Way of Southwest Alabama will be holding a training for SAFE Coalition volunteer tax preparers. We need you to pretend to be customers who need their tax returns prepared. You don't have to know anything about doing income taxes to participate in this project. We will provide you with mock documents, so you will not use any of your personal information or even your real name. We need people to pretend to be students, retirees, and workers; and we need single people and couples. Plan to be present from noon until about 2 PM. Respond to this need, and we'll send you the information ahead of time so you can prepare for your roles.
