Help us get HireAJag ready to go!
Be one of the first members of the HireAJag team on site as we prepare to welcome employers and community partners to campus. This volunteer shift combines behind-the-scenes event preparation with the opportunity to help our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
You may help with:
- Setting up employer tables, materials, signage, and event spaces
- Preparing check-in and hospitality areas
- Welcoming employers and community partners as they arrive
- Helping guests find check-in, brunch, refreshments, and their assigned tables
- Providing directions and answering basic event questions
- Double-checking event spaces before students arrive
This is a great opportunity to practice teamwork, communication, professionalism, and hospitality while getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a major career event comes together.
No previous experience is needed. Career Development staff will provide instructions when you arrive.
