Description

The Mobile Greek Festival has been a staple of our community since the first Greek Night in 1962. It features Greek Dance, live music, and delicious traditional food.

SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER

Be a part of this year's Greek Fest being held October 13-16, 2022, at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in downtown Mobile. Volunteers are needed to help with a variety of activities, including food prep, order delivery, etc. Multiple shifts are available. To sign up, use this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0449ABA92AA7FA7-2022, and then "respond" to this need.

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN AT THE EVENT

At the event, volunteers will need to go to the entrance of the main hall to check in. The breezeway is the area that you can drive under that connects the church to the main hall and office areas. There will be a table there for volunteers, and a greeter to check you in and out. When checking in you will receive your ½-off food voucher, name tag, and directions to where you will be volunteering.

SERVICE HOURS

Please be sure to check out when you complete your Greek Fest volunteer shift. A service hours form will be available after each shift for anyone wanting to track volunteer hours in South Serves. A copy of this completed form must be sent to communityengagement@southalabamama.edu to verify your service hours.
