Volunteer Team

Phillip Cares, Inc. is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who assist with application processing, event coordination, and community outreach. Our volunteers are trained to handle administrative tasks such as reviewing applications, coordinating with pet owners, and facilitating communication with our service partners.
