We're looking for volunteers to mentor John Will Elementary students, serving as role models who are currently in college, successful in their postsecondary education, and who will promote positive views of education. Our goal is to inspire our students and encourage them to become college and career ready.
We need your help to support our students in the following areas:
- Self-motivation and self-direction to learning.
- Positive attitude toward work and learning.
- Self-confidence in ability to succeed.
- Academic improvement in reading and math.
- Study and test-taking skills.

After you complete the application, Kaylen Cruse, the school counselor at John Will Elementary, will contact you within 24 hours or if you inquire over the weekend, on Monday.
You'll need to:
- Provide references
- Participate in an in-person interview
- Complete a background check
