Community Senior Life is proud to present the 30th Anniversary of the American Heart Association’s Art for Heart Gala. Led by Art for Heart Chairs, Nick and Eva Wilmott, the Art for Heart Gala was recently recognized as the 2021 Best Charity event in Baldwin County by Gulf Coast Media!
This year will be the 30th Anniversary of Art for Heart in Baldwin County and a black tie event. We are asking our volunteers to dress in cocktail attire for the event. For event setup shifts, dress is comfortable.
We are still working on the timeline (so some of the times below may adjust slightly), but know that we will need volunteers for:
Friday, April 8th 10:00am – 3:00pm for initial setup: 20 volunteers
Saturday, April 9th 10:30am – 1:30pm for last minute setup: 6 volunteers
Saturday, April 9th Event: 30 volunteers
-2:30pm – volunteers arrive
-3:00pm – The event will be completely set up and ready to go.
-3:15pm – Walk through of the event and stations will be assigned.
-9:30-10:00pm – Cleanup begins
