Shift Leaders assist the volunteer coordinator in managing and checking volunteers into their shifts, communicating the expectations of each volunteer in their role, and answering questions about the event.
Profile: Organized, self-starter. This is a stationary role located at our Volunteer and Information Table. Volunteers must have very strong communication skills, and be available for preparatory meetings previous to the event. Previous Latin Fest experience and bilingual preferred.
