Starting on January 1, 2026:

All hours that are submitted to South Serves as Individual Hours MUST do the following:

• Users need to have the volunteer coordinator (or any individual who is part of said volunteer service) email the Office of Community Engagement.  The email should include the volunteer's name, date of service, number of hours served, and a brief description of the duties performed.
• The volunteer service will be emailed to: communityengagement@southalabama.edu
• Individual hours will not be processed or considered without this documentation.
