USA Friends of Internationals

We are both a student organization at the University of South Alabama and a Mobile-based community group. Community leaders serve on a volunteer basis, and we have international student leaders/officers who assist us with the on-campus portion of the organization. We love to make friends from different cultures and help make Mobile a home away from home for them.

Friends of Internationals is both a registered University of South Alabama student organization as well as a community organization in Mobile, AL. Our prime goal is to make friends around the world. We do this by hosting multiple events for international students throughout the semester, assisting them as they transition to and live in Mobile, and build long-lasting relationships with them during their time at South. We also connect with international families in Mobile and host gatherings.
