People United to Advance the Dream Mobile, Inc., are professionals from the local community committed to furthering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream by empowering minorities through increasing financial literacy, increasing income inequality, and overcoming social disadvantages. Our mission is to honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and local activists by developing as many individuals to strengthen their family unit, close the racial wealth gap and stop community violence.

People United to Advance the Dream Mobile, Inc. was created to serve the residents in the county of Mobile, Alabama and surrounding areas by providing professional development classes on financial literacy (with recommended percentages from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), workshops to teach local residents how to negotiate their salaries to shrink the wealth gap, and an Go and Grow trip to Selma, Alabama to teach local high school students about the obstacles that were overcame for African Americans to obtain the right to vote.
