Teams should have been registered by 10/24/2019. Flyers will be sent to your team leaders and must be passed out by 10/27/2019.
Ghouls for Goods is the Honors College Association's annual service/social event that we do on Halloween. Instead of trick-or-treating for candy, we collect canned goods and other non-perishable food items to donate to a local food bank (we will have lots of candy for you afterwards at the bethel too). We will also be collecting books in partnership with Mortar Board. We will have prizes for the team with the most cans collected and for the best costumes (couple, single, team), so don't forget to come in costume!
After your team collects your cans, you will meet back at the Bethel to count them, and after that, we will have our Halloween party with FREE FOOSACKLYS. Teams will consist of up to 4-5 people each. You will select the neighborhood that your team will go to beforehand so that you can go pass out flyers to the houses so that they can expect you on Halloween. You must pick your neighborhood by October 24th and pass out flyers by Oct. 27th (I will give you the flyers to hand out). We need the neighborhoods by October 24th to make sure no two groups are going to the same neighborhood. It will be first come first serve on choosing neighborhoods.
