First Year Council is hosting a campus cleanup event on Saturday, February 17, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. We'll be meeting by Stanky Field at 10 a.m. We'll be picking up litter in the areas around the baseball/softball field, including along Jaguar Blvd., the stadium gravel lots, and the southern half of the Gamma dorm parking lots.
Students are invited to volunteer as a way to get involved on campus, meet new people, and earn service hours for a good cause. We'll be walking around the residential side of campus collecting trash. Gloves, bags, and garbage grabbers will be provided for participants.
