Move In Day is Saturday, August 17th
Faculty and Staff are invited to assist our new residence hall students during Move In Day. We welcome your help in making this an enjoyable experience for our new students and their parents. Volunteers are needed between the hours of 8am and 1pm.
Shifts: Morning shift is 8 to 11am, Afternoon shift is 10am to 1pm, Whole Day shift is 8am to 1pm. (If you are unable to volunteer for an entire shift, your assistance is still needed. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.) This is a wonderful opportunity to be introduced to some of our incoming freshmen.
T-shirts will be provided for our volunteers to wear on Move-In Day. Please complete the google form and list your t-shirt size preference. Go ahead and RESPOND to this need on South Serves too if you want to be able to add the hours to your Volunteer Resume. After completing the google form, you will be notified when t-shirts are available for pick-up. [Move In Day shirts are the same as Week of Welcome (WOW) shirts.]
