The Gulf Seafood Gala is on Saturday, October 6 from 6 to 9pm at the Isle Dauphine Club on Dauphin Island. This is a major fundraiser for the Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council, a 501 (c)3 charitable organization with the mission to promote, provide and preserve cultural enrichment among local coastal communities.
A break area with refreshments will be provided for volunteers. "As this is a fundraiser we aren't able to comp our rather extensive volunteer force, but we certainly do appreciate everyone's effort, and want to keep our volunteers comfortable. We were so impressed with the quality of USA representives to our volunteer force last year!
