9th Annual Wine Festival at 5 Rivers

Volunteers are needed throughout the day and night for Catholic Social Services' 9th Annual Wine Festival at 5 Rivers. Set-up for the event begins that morning at 9am and will last until after lunch. Volunteers assisting with set-up will help set up tables, cover tables with cloths, set up the kitchen, and help decorate. Beginning at 5pm and lasting until 7:30 or 8, volunteers will be needed to monitor the ticket tables, taking tickets, checking IDs, and hand out programs. During the event, volunteers are needed to help keep food trays filled, washing serving pieces, and maintaining a clean environment throughout the venue, and see that the needs of each restaurant and wine table are met. Duties include clearing tables, emptying trash, keeping water pitchers at the tables filled. Four volunteers are needed for a one hour period to check wristbands for the premium event. Clean-up after the event begins at 8:30 and shouldn't last longer than an hour.
