- Research grant and donation opportunities that align with Phillip Cares needs as determined by the board and the president
- Apply for grants, monitor applications
- Meet with the board and the president as needed to determine funding needs.
- Work with local businesses to obtain donations for events/activities
- Work with officers to recognize businesses that have provided donations
